Edikteds in-store Sweet Treat Promo Terms - Self-Love Club Event

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Edikteds Sweet Treat Giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”) available to select U.S. customers on February 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Date”) at the Edikteds stores located at 6000 Glades Rd Suite 1106E, Boca Raton, FL 33431 (“Boca Raton Store”), 1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Tysons, VA 22102 (“Tysons Store”), and 160 N Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (“King of Prussia Store”, and  altogether “Edikteds Stores”). Employees of Edikteds, its subsidiaries, and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives, members of their immediate families, and persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to Edikteds’s Privacy Policy (https://edikteds.shop/policies/privacy-policy). 

Sweet Treat for First 200 Customers: Beginning at 12:00PM/ESTon the Promotion Date, the first 100 U.S. customers (each, a “Recipient”) who buy merchandise at any of the Edikteds Stores will each receive a bag, matcha, flower or other treat (each, a “Sweet Treat”) as determined by Edikteds in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) Sweet Treat per customer. While supplies last; Edikteds’s clock is the official clock. 

Additional Terms:  Edikteds reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without providing prior notice, to modify or terminate the Promotion. Qualifying purchases must be made for personal use and not for resale; Edikteds may disqualify purchases by anyone who it believes is purchasing for resale. The Promotion is provided on an “as is” basis without any representation or warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edikteds shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion including, but not limited to, financial, human, machine, or typographic error. Edikteds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify customers from the Promotion if there is reasonable belief that there has been an attempt to obtain or generate any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to participate in the Promotion.
